| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la Contestación al Sr. Gobernador de la Provincia en la que se menciona que el público se queja con razón por la multitud de vagos que piden limosna por las calles, y se menciona que al darle cumplimiento a la Ley 6 de abril de 1816 es posible recoger a un gran número de estas personas, en especial de mujeres, adicional se menciona que es imposible albergar a tantas personas en la cárcel sin peligro de que estas enfermen ya que la cárcel no tiene la capacidad suficiente y si infraestructura es precaria. También se menciona que el Jefe Político no debió suspender el cumplimiento de la orden que se le comunico sobre el cumplimiento de la normatividad relacionada con tal hecho, exponiendo que esta persona se encargará de hacer valer el derecho de aquellas personas que tengan permiso para pedir limosna.
