The image contains news about Decree Number 858 of 1893 reorganizing the National Institute of Artisans. It establishes that the teachings will be taught according to the reformed Pestalozzian system and include subjects such as Reading, Writing, Grammar, Arithmetic, Geometry applied to Drawing, Geography and National History, Religion, Singing, Oral lessons in Applied Physics and Applied Chemistry. The distribution of staff and students is divided into three sections, each one directed by an Institute graduated from a Normal School. The directors and employees of the institute are appointed on an interim basis, along with the monthly allocations corresponding to each position.

La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Decreto Número 858 de 1893 reorganiza el Instituto Nacional de Artesanos. Establece que las enseñanzas se impartirán según el sistema Pestalozziano reformado e incluye materias como Lectura, Escritura, Gramática, Aritmética, Geometría aplicada al Dibujo, Geografía e Historia Patria, Religión, Canto, Lecciones orales de Física aplicada y Química aplicada. La distribución del personal y los alumnos se divide en tres secciones, cada una dirigida por un Instituto graduado en Escuela Normal. Se designa interinamente a los directores y empleados del instituto, junto con las asignaciones mensuales correspondientes a cada puesto.
