In countries of tropical latitude like Colombia, the variety of fruits produced is extensive, thanks to the different climates and ecosystems that exist in our territory, the location and the mountainous topography make our country exceptional for the sowing of tropical fruits, these conditions , allow Colombia to have fruits throughout the year. In the perspective of the business "food is the most important basic need for human development. Around the satisfaction of this need, large, medium and small industries dedicated to the manufacture, preparation and marketing of food products have been emerging. "(Mineducación, 2006) the consumption of vital fruits in the human diet by the contribution of different components such as: vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients, it is for this reason that the idea of creating a company dedicated to producing and commercializing juices arises of natural fruit and chopped fruit in the city of Bogotá. In the social perspective with the present plan and based on the promotion of entrepreneurship culture that the National Government, through Law 1014 of January 26 (2006) It seeks to promote the entrepreneurial spirit, the way of thinking, reasoning and acting, focusing on the opportunities and that the result of this creation is beneficial for the organization, economy and society. Additionally, it is the opportunity to promote and conquer new markets, based on the fruits from our Colombian crops, which is a challenge since there are many variables that we must take into account in order to predict the success of a business.
