In Colombia there is Value Added Tax (VAT) evasion and for the country the current invoicing process has a high operating cost (the cost of paper and ink, shipping, logistics and environmental); DIAN estimates indicate that the total life cycle of a paper invoice costs a Colombian company $0.88 USD. With the issuance of the decree 2242 of November 24, 2015, the government makes electronic invoicing mandatory for all Colombian companies. The government seeks to reduce VAT evasion from 22% to 11%, equivalent to $15 billion. This lower income has limited the government's ability to meet its obligations investment in infrastructure, health, education, security, etc. The current invoicing represents a greater environmental impact due to printing of paper invoices, the government has a complicated process for fiscal control and companies have higher operating costs. This presents an opportunity for Nubixar to develop an invoicing system in its portfolio of current products, which can be integrated into the accounting system that has the company that acquires our service and that is aligned with the regulations they apply for electronic invoicing.
