Diseño de vivienda sostenible en la finca "El Naranjal" en la vereda El Tostado del municipio de Cajamarca- Tolima bajo criterios LEED

Abstract

In the El Naranjal farm there is a house over 40 years old, it shows an advanced deterioration, which is why the need to replace it arises. Furthermore, through the biophysical characterization of the farm there are a series of environmental impacts that do not guarantee conservation or optimal use of natural resources. Taking this into account, a sustainable housing design is created by implementing appropriate materials and technologies that guarantee the mitigation of the impacts found. This design was evaluated under the criteria of the LEED for Homes v4 seal, obtaining an assessment that would certify the project within the Silver-LEED classification.
