Nota al alcalde de fontibon sobre protección a la línea telegráfica

Abstract

The image contains a news item in which a note is presented to the mayor of Fontibón about the protection of the telephone line, in which he says that these facts only reveal wickedness and ignorance, so he was asked to comply with article 181 of the police code. Consequently, some indications are made to gather the neighbors and ask them favorably to take care of it, to pay for the information of any damage to the line and to spread the information of care by means of a mass. On the other hand, they complain that it is unfair that the president's name is stained. Finally, the president sends some dispositions, in which they speak of: explaining to the inhabitants that the telegraphic network is not sorcery nor a diabolic art, that from the state funds he can take the necessary money to catch the delinquents and other dispositions.
