Abstract

According to an old custom of awarding or carrying out transactions with real estate in the form of a certain body, a series of errors were generated in the cadastre and in the notarial records of the properties in Colombia, which makes it necessary to update boundaries in the properties In this case, the District University Francisco José de Caldas is requested to carry out an encomienda of four properties, which would constitute a larger extension called "El Tíbar". In this way, for the realization of the work, the verification of the current public deeds and the cadastral information that is included in the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC) is done, which allows to determine as a first measure the difference between the notarial registers and the existing cadastral information. For which a topographic survey linked to the Magna-Sirgas network is carried out, performing the subsequent calculations and determining the data of the real area, data that is thrown by the verification of land boundaries and verification of adjacent properties. According to the topographic survey carried out for the aforementioned encompassing, the Francisco José de Caldas District University will have the final plan and the necessary information to proceed with the updating procedures.
