Abstract

The program presents a dialogue between two community leaders, José Rubiel Martínez and Jeisson Ramírez, who discuss the importance of new leadership in the community. Both emphasize the need for ethical leadership that prioritizes the needs of the community and is transparent in its actions. Topics such as the participation of young people in politics, the importance of controlling the public budget and gender inequality in political representation are addressed. The guests highlight the importance of citizen education and the need for citizens to be informed about their rights and duties. Likewise, traditional leadership that focuses on personal and political interests instead of the needs of the community is criticized. A more participatory and democratic leadership is proposed, where citizens have an active role in decision-making.
