Resumen
The Comprehensive Rural Reform (RRI) defined in Point 1 of the Peace Agreement, agreed between the National Government and the former Armed Forces Revolutionaries of Colombia (FARC-EP), promotes the structural transformation of the countryside, through Development Programs with Territorial Approach (PDET), created by Decree 893 of 28 of 2017 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR); the which seek to articulate the intentions of political action, the territorial needs expressed by the communities and the vocations of land use within the Action Plans for Regional Transformation (PATR) closing the socioeconomic and political gaps that have limited the construction of territorial peace. In practice, worldwide it is evident that, after the signing of a peace agreement, the use of the engines of change impact the natural resource due to the elimination of the barriers of fact that the violence had placed at the entrance of extractivist economies, therefore, one of the main challenges in the Colombian post-agreement is to guarantee that in the execution of the PDET there is a balance between the protection of the environment and the economic development necessary to finance the peacebuilding (Rodríguez C. et al., 2017). Within the framework of the prospective theory applied to the management of foret resources, we proceeded to identify the PDET territory with the greatest conditioning factors for agro-environmental production, for the design and execution of a political strategy and economy with a forestry approach that promotes the implementation of sustainable production systems and guarantees their normalization through weather. Its main objective is to propose economic development alternatives based on sustainable production systems for the Subregion of the Development Program with a Territorial Approach with greater sustainability requirements.
