Resumen
Rural development in Colombia through recent years has presented structural transformations that encouraged by the current economic policy of the country, allow new production alternatives to new markets that they promise to be increasingly profitable and efficient in the proper use of I usually. This is how the relevant aspect of the legalization of cannabis cultivation through Law 1787 of 2016 and Decree 613 of 2017 encourage the inclusion of this emerging sector as a new alternative for the rural progress of the nation, given that it is an industry with a high vocation to generate employment, local development and economic growth from domestic and export sales of value-added products (ProColombia, 2019) that according to Echeverry et al, (2019), their exports could evolve in the range of 300 million dollars to 1.5 billion dollars, if Colombia could capture 1% of the World market in the next decade. Based on the high expectation generated by the cultivation of hemp, it is necessary identify the benefits of cultivation as agricultural use, this is how the analysis Valuation based on the theory of value and income theory, proposed by studies advanced by Zúñiga P, H. (2018). allow to establish the methodological route for carry out the valuation of a land according to the income generated and the capitalization of these, through the provisions of resolution 620 of 2008, of the IGAC Through the analysis of income generated by cannabis crops as an allocation for use in mixed crops (under greenhouse using the soil), the analysis is performed proposed through the calculation of Minimum Profitable Units (U.M.R.) for this cultivation, through the use of an optimization algorithm the property called La Alcancia, in a rural area of the municipality of Villapinzón, Cundinamarca, determining the commercial value of the property for the cultivation of Cannabis in their different possibilities.
