Resumen
The image contains news about Circular number 37 issued by the Secretariat of the Prefecture of the first Department of the Grenadine Confederation. This circular resolves a query made by the Mayor of the Usme district on the interpretation of article 1 of the law of November 3, which establishes rules for the elections of members of the Councils and the Municipal Trustee. The Prefect has determined that in accordance with the Political and Municipal Code that will come into force that year, parishes and villages will only have Administrative Boards, currently known as Parish Administrative Boards, and the Parish Attorney will be called "Municipal Trustee" from now on. Consequently, the election of the Municipal Trustee will only be held on the second Sunday of the month, and elections for members of the City Council will not be held in these places.
