Resumen
The spatial databases’s generation and the hybrid cartographic methodologies’s development allow an exact geospatial representation that constitutes an indispensable instrument for territorial administration and planning. In Colombia, numerous efforts have been made to develop efficient cartographic processes that mitigate the country's cartographic backwardness, but even a township's large number are outdated cadastrally and conventional topographic surveys are short and require a lot of time and resources to advance these projects. This proposal sought to develop a hybrid methodology based on the complementarity of three methods of obtaining of cartographic information: conventional topographic survey, system RTK (Real Time Kinematic) and aerial photographs with drone on the township's urban area, in addition to confronting the use of land front to the Territorial Organization's scheme established, taking into account the specifications and minimum standards for the cartographic products's generation, obtaining good results in the processing of the information collected, corroborated from the calculation and statistical analysis of the errors of each survey and the set of these , allowing a successful digitalization and compliance with the primary cartographic updating's objective of the study area.
