Abstract

The Colombian Paralympic Committee is the governing body of the associated sport of people with disabilities, constituted as an autonomous body of the System National Sports, of a private nature, of its own right, of integration and jurisdiction national, of indefinite duration, constituted as a non-profit entity, whose conformation and functions are governed by international Paralympic regulations. Growth at the sporting level has been exponential in Paralympic sport Colombian, in his last participation in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, he continued the growth of his sporting achievements with a historical record of 24 medals, for consequently the expansion of the personnel necessary to cover the challenges of the growth of the Paralympic movement at the organizational level, since it in turn generates the need for obtain material and financial resources through sponsorships or focused projects in continuous improvement, a relevant aspect in the role of the sports administrator which can play a key role in implementing knowledge taught during the professional career, in such a way that through the modality of internship, the student administratively supports the area of ​​projects, alliances and inter-institutional agreements of the CPC in the processes of formulation, generation and achievement of these.
