Abstract

The purpose of this project is to design a Web technology platform for manage and optimize projects for the acquisition of oil and gas easements in the department of Casanare. The first chapter will initially present the current state of the sector and the theoretical information that will facilitate the development of the project to meet the proposed objective, as well the identification of solutions and those responsible for it. Will be established antecedents of the problem to be solved and the approach to the solution, finally will start the preliminary study. In the second chapter, a market study will be carried out and its analysis will allow the definition of a sales plan for a future stage of platform implementation. In the third chapter, the planning of the project will be presented, as the approach of the objectives, the work plan to be executed for the development of the first prototype, as well as the analysis of the possible risks that may affect its development. In the fourth chapter, the selection of the appropriate development methodology will be carried out, define the work team, programming models, define scopes, Web platform requirements and user roles, graphic interface design of the different modules and the coding will be carried out with their respective tests acceptance units, during the delivery of each development phase the necessary observations. The fifth chapter will continue with an administrative análisis that allows structuring the organization and the necessary resources for the future stage of implementation. In the sixth chapter, a financial analysis will be carried out to determine the viability of a future stage of implementation. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations to take into account after the development of all studies established in the project for the design of the Web project management platform.
