La imagen muestra una noticia sobre una nota hecha por el alcalde al prefecto general de la policía, en la cual comenta que hay un sin número de muchachos que vagan por el barrio Las Cruces y solo ocasionan escándalos, por ello es necesario que la policía se haga cargo de esta situación para no perturbar a los residentes de la zona.
