Resumen
This proposal for implementation, is composed of a main factor is the legal compliance of Decree 1072 of 2015, Book 2, Part 2, Title 4, Chapter 6, Management System Safety and Health at Work for the company Duwest COLOMBIA SAS, which serves as a guide for other companies interested in implementing this management system. an initial diagnosis of Duwest, with the support of the ARL Liberty is made and Evolve Health Services S.A.S., in which flaws are evident in various factors required by the Ministry of Labor Safety and Health; which allows the work plan to start with the implementation proposal. Policy on Safety and Health at Work was created under the required legal requirements, articulated mission and vision of the company; this being a fundamental pillar for the implementation of the system; being health care the main factor to consider, the matrix of risks and dangers they are exposed Duwest current partners COLOMBIA S.A.S. is done, according to their office and workplace; plus legal requirements matrix is created as a basis of knowledge of the applicable regulations OSH. To implement the system, the necessary resources such as financial and human, along with the responsibilities of each member of the company, as a contribution to the implementation of OSHMS are assigned. health studies are conducted through periodic reviews as an initial step towards the creation of Epidemiological Surveillance Plan. Finally, the necessary documentation is done, as are processes and formats change management and control Safety and Health at Work, which allow improving the system, and continuity in the PDCA cycle. The application of OSHMS allows not only physical but also labor, which workers feel satisfied and important for the company, with the main pillar health care.
