Resumen
The purpose of the document is to carry out the Solid Waste Management Plan (PGIRS) for the Marbella Reservado complex, located in the town of San Cristóbal in Bogotá. For this purpose, qualitative information was collected from visits to the solid waste rooms of the complex, and was captured in photos and checklists, collaborating with the professional recyclers who work in the complex to obtain quantitative data regarding the amount of usable waste. After collecting all this information and taking into account the regulations for this case, 3 programs are proposed focused on: 1. Infrastructure of solid waste storage rooms; 2. Education and environmental awareness for the residents of the complex; 3. Collaboration with professional recyclers for the collection of usable waste. Likewise, the importance of articulation between the administration of the complex is highlighted for the improvement of the infrastructure of the solid waste storage rooms, which can help improve the way in which solid waste is disposed there, hand in hand with the inhabitants. of the whole by adopting good practices regarding separation at the source and good use of the storage room infrastructure; all this to obtain a good result. The results obtained are also analyzed, since following the proposed programs some modifications were made to one of the storage rooms, but the poor disposition of the inhabitants within it continued to persist. Taking this into account, the things to improve are analyzed and returned. to highlight the importance of the collaboration of the inhabitants of the complex, along with the talks to promote separation at the source and the good use of the storage rooms.
