Abstract

This research proposes a reflection on the pedagogical process of amateur theater in the personal and professional formation of the university student; in particular the private university student who adjusts his time between studying the career and the spaces provided by Institutional Welfare for the development of his personal skills, in this case the Theater, as an artistic bet, within the activities of integral formation in the Universidad Piloto de Colombia. The main characteristic of the artistic formation of the university students, is that it allows the student a form of free expression in a clear way without taboos and / or restrictions so that their thoughts or proposals are expressed them with greater confidence, fluency, spontaneity and categorical before the students.
