The image contains news about a request from the homeopathic institute of Colombia to the general charity meeting demanding a location for the homeopathic hospital, it presents the reasons why they should provide it and talks about different topics: the bases under which is going to be done regarding what it will do; the administration, the medical service, the organization, what will be the expenses that will be used and after this the request appears in detail to the charity board. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de una petición del instituto homeopático de Colombia a la junta general beneficencia reclamando un local para el hospital homeopático, en ella se presentan los motivos por el cual deben brindarlo y se habla de distintos temas: las bases bajo las que se va a realizar referentes a lo que hará; la administración, el servicio médico, la organización, cuáles serán los gastos que se emplearán y luego de esto aparece la petición detalladamente hacia la junta de beneficencia.
