Plan de negocio para la gestión financiera en personas independientes - transportadores. Caso de Estudio: Reactivación post COVID-19.

Abstract

This document contains the business plan corresponding to the generation of a system that allows self-employed transporters to manage their personal and business finances. This proposal arises from the need for an efficient economic reactivation after the contingency caused by COVID-19. This reactivation will allow these transporters to resume their activities, but presents a challenge which is to manage the money to face the debts acquired during the pandemic. The proposal leads to solve this specific problem of the sector by presenting a friendly platform that allows to have control of the payments, the services performed by a vehicle and by a driver. As well as generating periodic reports that facilitate payments to employees and allow to know the general expenses that each vehicle may have. Within the business plan, market studies are presented, presenting the background and possible competition, an evaluation of the proposal is made through the SWOT and PEYEA matrix and finally the financial study is made. All this will allow understanding the feasibility of the proposal by understanding the main structure of an organization.
