dc.description	La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un mensaje presidencial dirigido al Congreso colombiano, argumentando que en lugar de fomentar la unidad y conciliación, exacerba las divisiones políticas y trata al partido opositor con arrogancia. El autor sostiene que el mensaje promueve una agenda partidista por encima de los intereses de la nación y que no reconoce el papel legítimo de los partidos políticos en un sistema democrático. Además, se hace una critica al partido opositor y a su líder, acusándolos de violar la constitución y de socavar los principios democráticos. Exalta a los líderes militares liberales y su compromiso con la defensa de la nación y sus leyes. El discurso busca justificar las acciones del Partido Liberal y desacreditar a sus oponentes, presentándolos como traidores y usurpadores del poder.
