Resumen
This project establishes the technical and documentary bases to evaluate genotypes of Cannabis sativa, with the objective of determining both the productive performance and the concentration of key secondary metabolites for the industry, such as THC, THCV and CBG. From this approach, we seek to evaluate the feasibility of various materials and analytical methods, such as the analysis of cannabinoids by gas chromatography, with a view to the implementation of commercial-scale cultivation, considering the regulatory standards of entities such as the ICA and the certification of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in the Quality Control laboratory of Wyls Laboratories. Additionally, an analytical validation plan was developed that includes key tests such as linearity range, matrix effect, detection and quantification limits, as well as accuracy, trueness, selectivity and robustness parameters. This report provides a comprehensive and detailed overview of the process of implementing analytical techniques, spanning from culture plan development to laboratory analysis, with emphasis on culture conditions, sample treatment and analytical validation conditions using gas chromatography model 5890 II SERIES.
