Abstract

The management developed in the Library is marked in the Strategic Development Plan (PED) 2018-2030 in guideline 4.7 Creation and implementation of the CRAI system (Resource Center for Learning and Research) that articulates the educational resources of the university. Goal 28. Consolidate four CRAI resource centers for learning and research To comply with the strategic plan, the Library underwent a significant transformation process, going from being a traditional library to becoming a university library services model known as CRAI+. This strategic change implies articulation and collaborative work with both internal and external bodies and institutions, in order to offer services and resources and meet the needs of the University and, above all, the user.
