Medición de la inteligencia ecológica mediante la aplicación de un test en la Empresa Villegas y Villegas Ivegas S.A.S en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

Environmental problems currently have various origins, so recognition of these main aspects and the weight that business management has in the face of these problems and the importance of internalizing the environmental variable where environmental management also enters into application are needed. The purpose of the research is consolidated in the application of a tool for the contribution in the design of an administrative model that allows to know the problems, mainly environmental, that becomes the business environment and that create the need for the applicability of tools such as The Ecological Intelligence Test so that from the internal processes and learning and growth, a main goal can be reached of having a broad vision of those involved creating strategies and planning to meet the goals that are set, from items such as the cognitive, emotional and behavioral. Therefore, this research work is aimed at providing a series of diagnoses for the company Villegas and Villegas Ivegas SAS located in the city of Bogotá DC, in the collection of information for the presentation of a descriptive analysis from the theory and on the problematic. Finding in the organization to later provide recommendations derived from the application of the Ecological Intelligence Test.
