Resumen
This article presents the design and implementation of a home automation system using Alexa and Raspberry Pi for monitoring electrical energy consumption, which is developed through the use of a non-invasive current meter STC-013, which works as a transformer which generates a magnetic flux, which in turn generates an electric current in the secondary winding, the data obtained from the current values is sent and a web server created from the Raspberry Pi is displayed. The system is being viewed in Node-RED, which is an open source visual programming tool, which works through the MQTT protocol and the broker called MOSQUITO, the structure it uses are the nodes, it allows to perform multiple tasks, receive a HTTP call, an MQTT message or the activation of a control system, which in this case allows us to create the visualization and control of the home automation system through Alexa and Raspberry Pi.
