| dc.description | La reflexión sobre la posibilidad de unas estéticas regionales contemporáneas pretende poner en escena —y en abismo— problemáticas referidas a la concepción del arte, la teoría estética, la enseñanza del arte y las acciones artísticas en un contexto regional. Ella trae, además, la posibilidad de un manifiesto por el "derecho de artes" que implica la comprensión del arte como acontecer político en diferencia. Este derecho conllevaría una concepción de creación anterior a la ley en cuanto técnica (por lo tanto an-árquica) que permitiría la comprensión de la estética de la existencia y de la libertad del arte.ABSTRACTThe reflection on the possibility of contemporary regional aesthetics aims to put on stage problems related to the concepts of art, aesthetic theory, art education and artistic activities in a regional context. Elle apporte, également, la possibilité d’un manifeste pour le «droit des arts» qui implique la compréhension de l’art comme événement politique différencié. Ce droit entraînerait une conception de création antérieure à la loi en tant que technique (d’où an-archique) qui permettrait la compréhension de l’esthétique de l’existence et de la liberté de l’art.RESUMOA reflexão sobre a possibilidade de umas estéticas regionais contemporâneas pretende pôr em cenas – e em abismo – problemáticas referidas à concepção da arte, a teoria estética, ao ensino da arte e as ações artísticas num contexto regional. Este direito acarreta uma concepção de criação anterior à lei em quanto técnica (por tanto anárquica) que permitiria a compreensão da estética da existência e da liberdade da arte.
