Emulador de aplicación móvil para el análisis y control de costos a nivel gerencial de proyectos de construcción de edificaciones

Abstract

This document describes the development of the mobile application emulator AC Proyectos, which aims to perform the analysis and cost control of construction projects based on the earned value methodology. This software has been designed particularly for projects of small and medium-sized companies that do not have a consolidated management system, and has the advantage of being an open source application. The tool allows to obtain performance indicators such as variations, indexes, forecasts and interpretation of the project status. The creation of the emulator consists of three main stages: in the first stage, the mathematical model and the adaptation of the Earned Value methodology are established; in the second stage, all the development and programming of the application emulator is carried out; and in the final stage, the validation of results and tests is carried out by comparing with practical examples.
