Resumen
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) set a quality product and harmless, also contributes to the producer and consumer added value, therefore in this paper the results of the study on the degree of implementation, the drivers and constraints arise that perceive micro food industry in Ciudad Bolivar Bogota, to incorporate into their processes good manufacturing practices. Methodology used mixed methods with emphasis on the quantitative stage of its development, in which a survey type instrument was applied, 100 microentrepreneurs. The findings are supplemented and in some cases explained through an interview with selected entrepreneurs. The results suggest that for these organizations there are opportunities for improvement in the implementation process to undertake a path of organizational learning.
