Abstract

In response to the growing operational demands in the deployment of 4G and 5G networks, this project aims to develop a management system based on the Microsoft Power Platform. The main objective is to develop a comprehensive management system for 4G/5G projects with centralized monitoring within the Cloud and Network Services (CNS) area, significantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness in the administration of these technological initiatives. The new system is designed to integrate different functionalities, such as incident monitoring, operations for creating, reading, updating and deleting reports and/or projects, and tracking of schedule and cost indicators, among others. These improvements will allow not only a more agile management of projects, but also greater consistency and reliability in the information available for strategic decision making. The development of this system will involve a detailed analysis of the necessary tools and technologies, as well as the challenges inherent in the transition from the current system. This approach seeks to ensure that the implementation is effective and that the results reflect a tangible improvement in project management in advanced telecommunications environments.
