Vigencia De La Tabla De Depreciación De Heidecke Para La Ciudad De Fusagasugá En Tipologias Populares

Abstract

The Heidecke method is widely used worldwide; This is managed by general coefficients according to the state of conservation of the construction. The present work seeks to analyze the low, medium and high popular typologies of the municipality of Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca, for which technical visits were made to different homes that fit the desired characteristics. To subsequently calculate new coefficients based on a new budget for each of the three types and generate depreciated budgets for states other than one, for which the depreciation of each of these is based on what was observed during the technical visits and estimate an intervention percentage. Finally, obtaining coefficients calculations for each state for each type and comparing them with the Heidecke coefficients.
