| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del decreto orgánico de la policía general del estado, decreta: Artículo 1° el cuerpo de policía del estado se compondrá de un empleado denominado "jefe de la policía general del estado" que será coronel o teniente coronel de la milicia o guardia del estado; de un segundo, de la clase de sargento mayor; de tres comisarios, de la clase de capitanes; de seis cabos, oficiales subalternos, y de cuarenta y ocho soldados gendarmes. Artículo 2° el cuerpo de policía se divide en dos brigadas mandadas por los capitanes comisarios. Artículo 3° el primero de dichos capitanes será secretario del jefe de la policía y desempeñará las funciones de ayudante mayor. Artículo 4° el cuerpo de la policía del estado, en cuanto a disciplina y penas estará sujeto al código militar.
