Abstract

The current world situation caused by the situation of the sars-cov-2 virus or also known as COVID-19, has led not only mining companies but all those that carry out economic activities in the country to update practical guides for specific situations , given that the security and biosafety protocols have drastically changed in the last year and must be adapted to the new national and international standards, since the fact of not having it updated causes elements of vulnerability and risk factors to accumulate both within and In the surroundings of the mine, there are also events or accidents that may have their origin, not only in the mining activity, but also in natural phenomena and their own daily activities. For this, it must be taken into account that new protocols must be developed within the facilities not only of the mine but also of the administrative offices of the same, in order to carry out the safety management in an adequate way and that at the time that the Entities in charge of monitoring and controlling the new security and biosafety protocols approve the work carried out during the internship. Therefore, the expected results at the end of the degree work in the internship modality are the updating and consolidation of the new practical guide for specific situations within the mining company "MINERALES LA VEGA S.A.S.
