Diagnóstico y estrategias para la inclusión y formalización de asociaciones de recuperadores del municipio de Mosquera

Abstract

The work consists of the inclusion and formalization of associations of recuperators in the municipality of Mosquera - Cundinamarca, currently has six (6) associations named with the acronym: ASOREMA, ASONDRA, REVIMER, RAFCOL, ARME AND ASORECICLEMOS, where most do not It has the process of formalization of associations of recuperators contemplated in Decree 596 of 2016 by the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory, The associations of recuperators of the municipality do not have knowledge or support from the Superintendence of Public Home Services, to complete the phases of the formalization process, information was collected where an annex document was created where the different formats that are explained are explained. They must be completed to be uploaded to the single information system (SUI), which serves as a baseline for the associations. A survey was prepared to help us diagnose the current situation of each association with respect to the formalization process. The proposed strategies are so that the associations can move forward in the formalization process and can become public utilization companies in the municipality so they can complete the phases and invoice in the municipality.
