Abstract

This research titled “The company Management from the Organizational Climate at the Cafam Language Center in Bogotá”, focuses on the study of the Work Environment, since it is an aspect that positively or negatively affects organizations or institutions. It must be considered that from the perspective of globalization and the rapid changes and updates in all areas of human life, the institutions have sought ways to dinamize and optimize their human talent, which is the primary axis to face these challenges.This research seeks to enhance the organizational management of Cafam Language Center through the improvement of the work environment by using a technological tool, based on a comprehensive measurement of the perceptions of teachers and managers that helps to detect the key aspects that must be taken into account in this tool, and that later leads to a reorientation of administrative policies in that field in order to achieve improvement.
