Abstract

The news summarizes the bills and decrees ratified by the executive chambers in the last annual session. The reforms to the Mint stand out, the inauguration of the Camino de Barragán, the ratification of Agustín Hernández in the Army of New Granada, the emoluments of the Ecclesiastical Fiscal Promoters, the assignment of an auxiliary Bishop for Bogotá in Casanare with income borne by the General Tithe Treasury, exceptions for Casanare, regulations on verbal processes, the March elections, and tax exemptions to promote public education and charity.
