Abstract

The following work collects information made during the internship at Consorcio Ingenieros CA. The central issue is the public tender under construction (either interventoría, consultoría or obra) in Colombia through which contractors around the national territory access their respective contracts and through which the infrastructure of the country is developed. In order to contribute as a student with a view to graduating from technology in Civil Construction, it is decided to make a basic guide for the execution of bids through the bidding modality, the work is developed with the knowledge acquired during the internship and through separate research. Currently the Colombian State has two platforms for the realization of public offers SECOP I and SECOP II, , through both platforms the entities publish their draft documents, which contain the necessary information for each bidder to submit their offer. In SECOP I physical documents are delivered, SECOP II for its part, uses the platform developed by the Public Service to file the requested documents.
