Resumen
In the interview, Katherine Giselle García Gil, president of the Young Creators Corporation of Chocó, talks about the mission and projects of the organization that, since 2008, has worked to promote art and culture in Chocó. The corporation seeks to strengthen the cultural heritage of the department through programs such as "Crearte", which teaches art to children and young people to keep them away from violence and drug addiction. Despite economic difficulties, the organization has managed to implement several high-impact projects, including theater plays and cultural activities. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of involving young people in the process of social transformation through art, and how government and community support has been crucial in its development.
