Abstract

The holding of a forum on the Anti-corruption Consultation at the Distrital University Francisco José de Caldas (administrative headquarters and Faculty of Engineering), prior to the vote on Sunday, August 26, 2018. Key Points: Event and Location: The forum took place at the Sabio Caldas Auditorium of the Distrital University (Carrera 8ª # 40-78). Featured Panelists: Among the invited speakers were Antonio Navarro Wolff (Green Party Member and Congressman), Germán Darío Lara Acuña (President of Ecojusticia), Jefferson Mauricio Dueñas (lawyer), Rector Ricardo García Duarte, Wilson Díaz Gamba (Director of IPASUD), and the alumni representative, Carlos Fajardo. Navarro Wolff's Participation: Politician Antonio Navarro Wolff, one of the consultation's main promoters, explained that its goal is to activate participatory democracy and establish necessary corrective measures to reduce corruption.
