Estrategias socio ambientales con criterios bioéticos para la sostenibilidad del recurso hídrico en la localidad de Usme - Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

Currently the sustainability of water resources in Usme locality depends solely of technics and economics factors, which do not allow a global look to other sustainability strategies. The lack of planning, social participation, control and follow in the few programs implemented, it has shown a constant environment degradation in relation to watersheds in the locality, especially in the Tunjuelo River. Seeking of adequate solutions that allow talk about a sustainability of the resource in terms of environmental justice, life quality and protection, formulate social and environmental strategies, in base of these criterion bioethics help to improve the actual state of the flowing into the territory. In this way, the study search formulate strategies for perform a sustainable environmental management, in relation to dimensions economic, environmental, social and ethic, so the development of this monography is contemplated in the follow stages: characterization of main environmental territorial units of the locality; quantitative evaluation of environmental impacts cumulative generated by activities and process; identification and qualify of interest group that intervene in the sustainability of resource; administrative strategic evaluation; priorization and reaction of strategies for the basic bioethics principles contemplated and the las one is the development of Balanced Scorecard that permit guide strategies and the objectives to the desired future, in relation with the environmental management for the sustainability of water resource in the locality.
