Abstract

This project has been prepared with the proposal to create a company that produces and sells exotic fruit ice cream in the city of Bogotá. The main objective is to establish its viability through the analysis and evaluation of the technical, administrative and financial requirements necessary for its operation. For the analysis, market trends and preferences of ice cream consumers will be taken into account, in addition to analyzing the environment that involves this type of sector and business. For the development of the work, the identification and formulation of the project was carried out through market research, technical study and project engineering and the evaluation of the financial, economic, environmental, and social project was carried out. With the implementation of the project, the supply of exotic fruit ice creams in the sector is improved, 9 direct jobs are generated with the participation of the inhabitants of the Casa Blanca neighborhood of the town of Suba, in addition to the suppliers of raw materials and supplies they are constituted by companies located in the sector, thus contributing to the growth and economic and social economy of both the neighborhood and the locality.
