Resumen
This research is a reflection and an outcome from my work experience. In many opportunities I have talked to young people that for different reasons had violated law and end in administrative and legal processes in Colombia aimed to protect their rights, such as PARD and SRPA. Part of this research is trying to understand what death means in their life through the question: How experiencing death could determine subjectivity procedures in eight young people who are in trouble with the law, specifically in the PARD (Administrative Process for Rights Protection) and SRPA (Criminal Responsibility System for Teenagers) in Bogota city? This document explores the epistemology that provides legal, psycological, social and anthropologycal support to the youth criminal phenomenon theory in Colombia in order to approach their particular subjectivation experiences and analyze how they see, express, judge and control themselves and what is the influence of their previous experiences with death and how it provides meaning, all that to mantain a dialogue about the systems they adopt to transform.
