Abstract

The image contains news about the resolutions of the executive branch of January 11, 1844 with the interior office regarding the visit directed by the Mounpos Governorate, about what should be done when a prisoner is made to suffer public shame with obscene expressions or insulting, in which the president of the republic announced that any act of insult or obscene expressions the authorities will immediately prevent the continuation of this crime, likewise they can use force if required, taking into account article 51 of the law of the police, by which they must prove the guilty act carried out by the prisoner to be supported before the competent judge and receive the corresponding punishment for this crime.
