Resumen
The student's activities as an intern within the company Geo Ingenieros Consultores SAS and the development of the project are based on the need to create a Geographic Information System that integrates the cartographic and land use information of the entire country, where specified the particularity and characterization of each Municipality and the geographical implementation of the Territorial Planning Plan (POT), Territorial Planning Scheme (EOT) or Basic Plan of Territorial Planning (PBOT), according to the needs of each geographic space according to the amount of population. This is how the pilot test object of this internship begins with the request for cartographic information and Territorial Planning through request rights sent by certified mail to the Planning secretariats of the municipalities Jenesano, Tibaná, Ramiriquí and Cucaita located to the southwest of the department of Boyacá, this being the input for the initial stage of reviewing existing data, making a comparison between what is stated in the official cartography and what is stipulated in the Agreement for the adoption of the Planning Plans and its possible subsequent modifications . Having identified the data gaps and the guidelines shared by the Ordination Plans of the municipalities in question, the structuring of Geographical Data is given, establishing their geometry, the type of data, and its conditionality; Simultaneously developing the design of the Data Storage Model, which defines the base skeleton for the design of the Geodatabase with its respective attributes, geographic layers, and coding.
