Abstract

The image contains a notice about the Organic Law Project of the State Courts, decreed by means of the Constituent Assembly of the State of Cundinamarca in which the ordinances decreed by the Constituent Assembly, those sanctioned by the Congress of the New Granada from 1845 to 1847, those of the Recopilación Granadina, those of the Novísima Recopilación published in 1805 and the Siete Partidas de la Real Academia de la Historia published in Madrid in 1807 are stipulated. Then it stipulates in each of the six chapters the articles that relate to issues such as the Judiciary, the administration of the circuits of Bogota, the stipulation of parish judges in each district, the imposition of judges and finally on civil interests.
