Resumen
The project was developed in the offices of the PYME "COONADOC" (Cooperativa Nacional De Docentes), located in Carrera 6 No. 25 - 60 Sur Office 301 neighborhood 20 de Julio. Based on the initial analysis of the study of the site and the requirements given by the directives of the PYME COONADOC, the following problems were identified; inadequate telecommunications infrastructure, absence of telecommunications service (Website), centralized printing, generation of data backup copies, lack of remote software. Additionally, problems associated with the daily work of the cooperative, such as: the lack of timely information, the absence of management on periodic maintenance protocols and the time wastage and inefficiency in the workforce of its employees, translated into a reduction in the productivity of the cooperative. Given the problems, a study was carried out to implement an economic and efficient technological alternative in order to ensure that the administrative staff obtain the fast, timely information and resources necessary to provide a better service. The solution for the PYME COONADOC, involved providing access to network resources (or part of them) that were not available, said solution was based on the concept of Content Networking and particularly on three of its main foundations "Distribution, content processing and centralized services, Routing of requests ". Wired and wireless communication technology was also implemented under the IEEE 802.3 standards in its 802.3i, 802.3u and 802.3ab specifications; and IEEE 802.11 in its 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n specifications. In the development process, the best design procedures were applied, there was selection of devices, updates, configurations, functional and operational implementation of network services, operational tests and performance analysis, including tests of user perception of the implemented solution . Thus, following all the protocols explained above, the expectations and requirements of the cooperative were met, as well as the specific and general objectives proposed within the degree project.
