Resumen
Within the context of the programming of operators for the exploitation of the vehicle fleet of companies providing mass transit service, it is evident that an adequate methodology allows to improve the scheduling of work shifts, since being influenced by an experimental method and not only mathematical, the split tables (discontinuous services) and the long waits of the conductors in the headwaters (route start points) are eliminated, thus decreasing in parallel, the rate of absences and rotation. Through the application of restrictions defined through experimental programming models, the mathematical models of operator programming can be parameterized by goals, thus allowing to reduce the rates of damaged vehicles and therefore the high costs of unscheduled maintenance, also seeing reflected these decreases in operating costs. This system of combination of programming methods, seeks to increase in the operators the sense of belonging both by the companies in which they work, and by their assigned vehicles, resulting in having vehicles in optimal conditions, with trained personnel, the best practices of driving and car care, positively affecting the quality of the service provided to the end user.
