Creación de una línea de negocio “Analytics” en Link Service LTDA.

Abstract

The present document shows the development of a proposal for the creation and development of a new business´s line in the company Link Service Ltda. In order to meet an unsupplemented demand on its clients in the provision of consulting services and the hardware supply that allow to capture, store and manage large amounts of data using Big Data technology. The proposal developed part of an organizational analysis that shows the characteristic elements from the organizational and strategic that makes feasible it from the focus of the object of the organization, in a second part, the technical elements demanded by the business´s line that will be called "Analytics". In the end of the document, it shows a synthesis of the potential market to be captured with the business line operation is made, with the projection in terms of investments and income statement for the company in a period of one year of operation, concluding with the relevant recommendations are made so that the company can implement this project to the satisfaction.
