The image contains news about the Report of the Treasury Administrator, dated November 7, 1857, addressed to the Secretary of Revenue. In this report, the Treasury Administrator, Venancio Ortiz, presents a detailed list of the debts settled in favor of the Treasury and the efforts made for their collection. Special attention is drawn to outstanding debts from previous years, pointing out the actions undertaken by the previous administrator, Mr. Pardo, to guarantee compliance with tax obligations. An execution for direct contribution against the Collector of Bogotá, José María Nariño, is specifically mentioned, highlighting the obstacles encountered and the steps taken to obtain the required formal account.
