Abstract

The image contains a news item communicated by the Governor of Cundinamarca, Octavio Salazar, in which he presented a series of objectives to the budget project representing various observations and recommendations. He listed several inconsistencies and unconstitutional and imprudent reforms, suggesting several amendments to restore items such as Prefectures and public forces that had been suppressed in the project. He also proposed adjustments in salaries and other issues related to the presented budget. He concluded by highlighting the importance of these observations to avoid disorders, alarm, insecurity and war due to the impotence reflected in the budget approved in the second debate, warning that it was his duty to frankly express his opinions regarding the same.
