Plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa de consultoría informática para empresas colombianas que buscan transformarse en compañías más competitivas e innovadoras en el área digital y tecnológica

Abstract

Currently many companies in Colombia are in a technological and digital stagnation, as revealed by the Digital Transformation Survey conducted by Andi (Digital Transformation Survey, 2017), where it was found that 75% of companies do not have a strategy of technological advance, therefore, its competitiveness and innovation is almost nil, lagging behind in terms of how its customers perceive and consume its products, compared to companies that are innovating, since 64% of Colombian households They have internet access and one in every 2 Colombians accesses the network from their cell phone, as revealed in the quarterly ICT newsletter of MinTic 2018 (Plan Vive Digital Para la Gente, 2018). These companies are faced with a scenario of helplessness when trying to take a technological leap because they do not know how to carry out its implementation and they do not find an accompaniment to be able to execute it. According to the Observatorio de Economía Digital (Observatorio de Economía Digital, n.d.), only 11.9% of companies have qualified personnel to guide the company towards innovation and digital growth. For this reason it is intended to create a computer consulting company which seeks to provide support, advice and implementation of IT solutions that are in accordance with the objectives of each business. The technological fronts on which the consultancy will focus will be: IT security, IT project management, digital strategy and application development. Based on the execution of a business plan, market, technical, organizational, financial and legal studies will be developed to demonstrate the viability of the company and the positive reception by the companies, generating, in addition to financial profits, an impact positive in the percentages of companies that manage to take a step forward towards technological integration.
